Option 1:  Submit form electronically and pay online

Choose this option to pay via PayPal, credit, or debit card.

If you wish to pay via credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account, bypass the PayPal login fields and advance to the button that prompts you to pay by credit or debit card.  (See image below for a guide.)

If you cannot see the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option, please try a different browser.

 

If you have a PayPal account, you will be given an option to pay with PayPal credit, your own bank account, or by another credit/debit card of your choice.

You will only be able to purchase one membership at a time.  If you're planning on paying for several memberships, you will have to submit them separately.

Option 2:  Print and mail form

Choose this option if you plan to pay by check or purchase order.  

ICTM can also provide your school district an invoice, if needed.  Just indicate your preference on the form.  Our team will accommodate you so that the process is as easy as possible.
